What the f@ck is happening to my flight?!? You screw up my schedule and you do not even inform me about it?!? I had to find out from your site when I checked it after a friend told me about the cancellation of your SG-CBU flights.

You have my phone number and my email and you could not use either to inform me about the change?!? What is up with that? Isn't it your responsibility to inform your passengers of such change? Or did you just want us to find out when we are at the airport already?

I am not amenable to the flight replacement that you gave me. What am I supposed to do for 8 hours in manila? Are you providing accommodations? Or are you seriously assuming that I would sit in those uncomfortable airport chairs for 8 hours while waiting for my flight to Cebu? You made the 4 hour-flight to 12 hours. That is a total waste of time.

I specifically booked Airphil because I needed to be in Cebu before Aug 6. If I knew how unreliable your flights are, I would have booked Cebu Pacific instead. At least I would be there by 4am and they inform their passengers of any schedule change.

This is such a mess! I certainly hope that you will be giving me better options than what you have already given me because that one just SUCKED!!!

If you would be so kind enough to respond to the email I sent to you or answer your phones so I could stop cursing your airline.
